Privacy policy

This policy covers personal information collected through relayworks.in. We collect what you send us through the enquiry form and anonymised analytics about site usage. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: name, email, company, phone and whatever you write in the message. Submitted through FormSubmit and delivered to our email.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, device and referrer. IP addresses are anonymised.
- Server logs: our host records standard request logs for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site trackers.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to fulfil an engagement you have entered into with us, and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months, or for the duration of a client relationship plus the period required by Indian tax and contract law. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings, configured to 14 months.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers required to operate the site and respond to you: our hosting provider, form-handling provider and analytics provider. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.
Client data
Data we process on behalf of clients during an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement and data processing agreement, not by this policy. See our security page for how we handle it.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@relayworks.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
