These terms govern your use of relayworks.in. They do not govern client engagements, which are covered by a separate signed agreement. If anything here conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement takes precedence.
Use of this site
You may read, share and quote this site's content with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions as your own, scrape it for resale, or use it in a way that misrepresents Relayworks AI.
Information accuracy
We work hard to keep published information accurate and current, and each page carries a last-updated date. AI capabilities and costs change quickly, and content may become out of date between reviews. Nothing on this site is a binding quotation; a specific engagement is quoted in writing after scoping.
Not professional advice
Our articles describe our own experience and opinions on building AI systems. They are not legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction and circumstances.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site are owned by Relayworks AI, except where third-party material is used under licence. "Relayworks AI" and "Aira" are our marks. Photography is licensed from Unsplash.
Intellectual property created during a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement. Our standard position is that clients own the code, evaluation suites and infrastructure definitions we produce for them.

We link to third-party sites where they are useful, including sources for the research we cite. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Relayworks AI is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
